Have you got budget to grow chickens from parent stock. Your farm can start with 100 birds that are at week 9.
We can setup the supply route for every 3 weeks.
You can grow them to point of lay and then use them to start laying fertile eggs which we can send for incubation. The ratio should be 1:10 roosters:hens.
The excess roosters can be placed separately from the hens and I will send you hens to hybridise.
