Buying on Credit

If you are looking to open a GroShop so that you can sell products using our funding then the following documents are required:

  • An order on your GroShop(by your buyers)
  • Certified bank statements for the past 6 months

You should currently pay R3499 to register as a medium scale business where you can take online orders professionally and use these order documents to finance your transactions.

The funding process:

You earn the full invoice amount less a commission on the sale of 7% leaving you with 93% of the total invoice value.

Once your customer has placed an order on your GroShop, you will book stock for delivery

The checkout process will automatically charge you for delivery and administration.

You then checkout.

A copy of the invoice will automatically be emailed to you with an order number. That order number is your reference when making upfront payments or for order resolution. In your case we will be funding the deal if/when it is approved. Once approved your buyer’s account will be credited with the total funds for the transaction so that they can place an order on your GroShop. We will issue funding to your buyers account based on the value of the invoice. If/when your buyer is verified and accepted for short term credit, their GroWallet will be credited with the total invoice value immediately.

We are not interested in managing the customer relationship. We are focused on facilitating the transaction process. The GroDrivers will ensure prompt delivery within 48 hours to the address that is entered during your customer’s checkout process. They should enter an accurate address and leave notes for any special requirements.

At GroSpace we prefer to hold funds in escrow over issuing credit.
