2. Basic Package (R349/Month) – Not Available

  • Commission: 15% on Sales
  • Revenue Threshold: R50,000 per month
  • Step Up Your Game: Once you’ve gained traction and achieved a monthly revenue exceeding R50,000, it’s time to upgrade to the Basic Package. For just R349 per month, you unlock a world of opportunities with a lower 15% commission on your sales. What is a vendor?

A vendor is a name to describe a person or company selling something on a GroShop.

What is a GroShop?

A GroShop is an online shop hosted on the GroSpace marketplace. Here you can sell products, offer services or even tell your story, share memories and record data on your experiments and experiences. You can receive online payments, ship your products worldwide and all of this is prebuilt so that you can focus on marketing and growing your business.

Which option to choose?

Start with the Free Vendor package if you are just getting started.

When should I upgrade to a better package?

If you’re making R4 000+ sales per month consider taking the Startup Vendor package for R349. That is less than the price of your groceries for the month so give it a try and enjoy selling online instantly. The Startup Vendor package and all the packages above come with a complimentary designed logo and a designed banner to make your GroShop look professional from day 1.

Let’s discuss this further because if you are dropshipping, you earn a small commission and you don’t need to markup the price which means that you can move volumes. It’s pretty simple because you create content and add your links into the content for interested buyers to purchase whilst you sleep.

There is zero risk and capital input from your side. The buyer covers the capital directly with GroSpace and when the delivery is completed the system automatically pays out your commission to your GroWallet or into your bank account via EFT.

The alternative is to register for a Medium or Large vendor account. This depends on your forecasted revenue. If your forecasted revenue is North of R150 000 then register for the Medium account. When your forecasted revenue is North of R1 500 000 then we advise upgrading to the Large vendor package. The medium and larger vendor packages are great for traders that are interested in buying products low, making them up and flipping the product for a profit. There are great marketing packages available both for the medium and the large packages where the medium costs R3499 with a 9% transaction fee and the large costs R34999 with a 7% transaction fee.

Basically, if you’re looking to sell your own product or product that you want to buy and sell on GroSpace then choose the medium or large vendor packages.

If you are a content creator consider drop shipping. You will be required to validate your ability to market GroSpace products with a link to a YouTube channel that you manage, a blog or social media account where you create content that is relevant to the products that you want to sell.

What is the price that I can expect per bird?

We can set the floor at R45 and market them as high as the market is willing to pay. It makes financial sense for our sales team to get you as much as possible per chicken as they are commission driven.
