Executive summary
The proposed installation and development of a farming micro-community utilising the existing community of 100+ families to provide labour in exchange for farming contracts from GroSpace. The following upgrades to the site are included:

Upcycling Facility
Introduction
Using our open source patent to make GroBottles, the local community of 100+ families at Portion 75 of the Farm Doornkloof 393–JQ in Hekpoort, Mogale City is encouraged to volunteer their free time to convert plastic PET(Coke Bottles) and HDPE (Milk Bottles) into GroBottles and GroBricks.
GroBottle
The GroBottle is a simple solution to the global issue of twist top plastic bottle waste that poisons our natural environment. The GroBottle can be used for cultivation agriculture with a high efficacy and very low maintenance. It is very simple to cultivate on a subsistence or small to medium scale.

GroBrick
The GroBrick is the GroSpace solution to any plastic waste that can not be upcyclced for agriculture. Each home should stuff their twist top PET bottles(Coke bottle) full of small plastic bags and offcuts until full. The GroBrick can be used to build infrastructure sustainably.

Agriculture
Introduction
Using the GroBottles produced through the activities of the Upcycling facility, the local community at Portion 75 of the Farm Doornkloof 393–JQ in Hekpoort, Mogale City will engage in sustainable agriculture.Currently there are 17.7Ha of under-utilised open land which will be cultivated for permaculture by the local community.
Permaculture
Permaculture is, amongst others, an approach to land management that adopts arrangements observed in flourishing natural ecosystems. It includes a set of design principles derived using whole systems thinking. It uses these principles in fields such as regenerative agriculture, rewilding, and community resilience. Permaculture rebuilds the land through design and co-ordinated planning.

Introduction
The community is encouraged to build a basic school with GroBricks that are sustainably manufactured in every household in the surrounding community. A school gives access to the community for academic development around agricultural techniques and processes that GroSpace offers.

Technical College
Introduction
GroSpace encourages the community to develop a technical college to train the local community around the trade techniques of sustainability, woodwork, steelwork, mechanics, agriculture and information technology.
Sustainability
The local community will have access to learn how to become more sustainable in the home and in the general communal area.
Woodwork
The local community will have access to learn tree felling, woodwork and sale of goods. The local community will have access to a step by step guided course from felling alien invasive trees to planting indigenous trees, working the wood, finishing the wood, and selling the wood ono their own store provided by the GroSpace market platform.
Mechanics
The local community will have access to mechanical training to maintain vehicles and equipment.
Agriculture
The local community will have access to onsite agriculture training ranging from sustainability studies and the part that plays with agriculture as a whole along with the full circle approach from farm to fork where farmers prepare the growing medium, bundle their harvest, manage logistics and sell only when an order is placed for a future contract. Soil science and geography are key role players in agriculture, both of which will be taught in the technical college.
Information technology
The local community will have access to digital marketing training along with deeper digital training for efficient inventory control, sales and distribution. The local community will be trained how to build and develop community recreational centres unbuilt by their youth using only GroBricks, TNTBox and Solar power which the municipality has already provided.
Business training and incubator
Introduction
GroSpace takes a holistic approach to human development. The Business incubator was designed to encourage the local community of 100+ families at Portion 75 of the Farm Doornkloof 393–JQ in Hekpoort, Mogale City to engage in one of the sustainable activities in the proposed circular economy and to build a business on the GroSpace market platform.

Waste management
Introduction
The local community of 100+ families at Portion 75 of the Farm Doornkloof 393–JQ in Hekpoort, Mogale City are encouraged to use the GroSpace open source patent for the production of GroLoo, a toilet in a bucket system to generate sustainable compost for recirculation of nutrients into the soil. Humanure is the term used for human excrement and urine. Humanure is a highly complex nutrient rich growing medium for cultivation. Households are encouraged to Bokashi their waste food matter from kitchen scraps. Bokashi is a process that converts food waste and similar organic matter into a soil amendment which adds nutrients and improves soil texture. It differs from traditional composting methods in several respects. The most important are: The input matter is fermented by specialist bacteria, not decomposed.
