**GroSpace Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy:**

At GroSpace, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to cancel an order, return an item, or request an exchange. **1. Order Cancellation:**

**1.2. Cancellation Eligibility:** Customized or personalized items, perishable goods, and orders already processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

**2. Returns:**

**2.1. Eligibility:** To be eligible for a return, the item must be non-perishable, unused, and in its original packaging. Please check the vendor's specific return policy for any additional eligibility criteria.
