GroSpace contracts to buy your avocados through a digital contract. You get paid a fixed amount annually to pay for your harvest. Contracts on avocado trees last for 600 months. This contract can secure wealth for your future generations.

1 Ha has the capacity to hold 400 avocado trees.
How much will the farmer earn?
Earn R20 000 monthly on a GroSpace contract for 600 months(50 years). This is subject to reasonable production thresholds of 200+ fruit per tree. Avocado trees are replaced every 50 years. GroSpace Farmers are encouraged to simultaneously grow ginger rhizome for an annual yield of up to 10 tons. GroChick is the integrated poultry arm of GroSpace. GroChick provides our partner network farmers with everything that the farm needs for success. Partner farms should be managed by an official GroSpace chicken layer farmer with support from graduates that support the GroChick farming program. The GroChick Farm manager oversees daily activities and communicates directly with GroSpace via the GroSpace dashboard. All production is measured, inputs are controlled and outputs are measured.
How much support is available on the ground?
GroChick offers 100% support on the ground. GroChick farms are integrated into the GroSpace supply chain. GroChick farms receive all inputs including, feed, bedding, roosts, drinking systems, compost scratch beds, medication packaging and a staff compliment to support GroChick farm managers. All that our partners need to focus on is the well being of our layer hens so that our hens lay healthy eggs sustainably.
Do we have someone who we can contact 24/7?
The GroChick farmer is the 24/7 point of contact for our partner network farmers. If you would like to farm the chickens you will be required to attend farm training to learn the requirements for running a GroChick layer farm.
